Salon Saturday

A salon visit can be a whole story when you’re five. First came the waiting- the fidgeting, the sighs, the face that said, why is this taking forever? Then mischief slipped in, as boredom always invites it. A magazine appeared, and suddenly he was a little grown-up, flipping pages like he had important meetings to attend. And finally, the chair spun, the scissors snipped, and out came the widest grin — the triumph of a haircut completed.

Sometimes, it’s not just hair that’s trimmed, but a chapter added to childhood.

Shot on Fujifilm X100VI with the Acros film simulation. Loved the combo.
